Davidson College is an institution of higher learning and is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all members of the community. Students, faculty, and staff all play a vital role in creating living and learning spaces that are free from bias, harassment, intimidation and hate. If you have been the target of a bias incident (or have witnessed a bias incident) you may complete the online form below or contact the Dean of Students Office at deanofstudents@davidson.edu or 704-894-2225.

If you are the victim of a hate crime, or are a bystander to a hate crime, immediately dial 911.

Your confidentiality is very important and every effort will be made to protect your privacy. Anonymity cannot be guaranteed in cases involving the safety of the community, those warranting criminal action and some violations of college policies. The form does allow for anonymous reporting, however, the college’s ability to respond to incidents of bias and to prevent recurrence may be limited with anonymous complaints.
